General Requirements:
- All AML/KYC Documents must be certified by a legal certifier
- If AML/KYC documents are provided in a different language, the documents must be translated to English and certified
Individuals
- Clear copy of their valid passport ID page
- Live selfie. (No passport photos or professional photos accepted)
- Proof of residence, less than 3 months old. (Utility bill, rates notice, in certain jurisdictions where no utility bill is available we will accept a letter from employer on headed paper and signed accordingly, e.g. Saudi Arabia. etc)
- Bank statement, less than 3 months old (confirming the nominated bank account where funds are being sent from)
- Accredited Investor Form
Partnerships/Couples
- All of the above documents for EACH investor.
- Address verification MUST state the names of each investor.
- Bank statement is acceptable if the account is in the name of both investors.
- Accredited Investor Form for both investors
Company
- Certificate of company incorporation
- Memorandum of articles
- Register of Directors
- Register of Members/Beneficial Owners
- For each Director and Beneficial Owner, we will require the following;
- Clear copy of their valid passport ID page
- Live selfie. (No passport photos or professional photos accepted)
- Proof of residence, less than 3 months old. (Utility bill, rates notice, in certain jurisdictions where no utility bill is available we will accept a letter from employer on headed paper and signed accordingly, e.g. Saudi Arabia. etc)
- Accredited Investor Form
Trust
- Copy of the full Trust Deed, detailing Settlor/Trustees
- For each individual Trustee/Settlor, we will require the following;
- Clear copy of their valid passport ID page
- Live selfie. (No passport photos or professional photos accepted)
- Proof of residence, less than 3 months old. (Utility bill, rates notice, in certain jurisdictions where no utility bill is available we will accept a letter from employer on headed paper and signed accordingly, e.g. Saudi Arabia. etc)
- Accredited Investor Form
